The programme was organised by the Chief Minister from Betul district itself. through a single click the Chief Minister transferred This amount to the farmers’ account.He compensated this amount for the crop loss in Kharif 2020 and Rabi 2020-21. Chief Minister informed that they paid Rs.28.78 crores under this scheme.
Under this scheme, the State Government has transferred about Rs.10,494 crore to the accounts of the farmers so far. In the last 22 months, the government has distributed an amount of Rs 1.76 lakh crore to the accounts of farmers. The government is making continuous efforts to develop the agriculture sector, and for which the government is implementing various types of schemes.
Work for Rabi season under Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana has been taken up. Beneficiaries can avail of the benefits of this scheme by depositing the premium as per their crop in the Kisan Bank.
